Hi, I'm Meg!
I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and I work with adults who are tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed or like they're constantly carrying the weight of everything. Maybe you are the person everyone relies on. Maybe your mind never really switches off. Maybe you look like you're coping but inside you're exhausted from overthinking every decision, chasing perfectionism or worrying about letting others down. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. My approach combines evidence based CBT with genuine warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and help you make lasting change.

Initial Consultation
A free 20-minute video call where we can talk about what is bringing you to therapy, answer any questions, and see if we are a good fit to work together. No pressure or obligation.

CBT therapy
One-to-one CBT sessions tailored to you and your goals. Together we will understand what's maintaining your difficulties before developing praxtical strategies and tools that create lasting, meaningful change. Suitable for anxiwety, perfectionism, panic, health anxiety, burnout, low mood, OCD and more.

Workshops and Wellbeing
Evidence-based wellbeing workshops for organisations, teams and community groups. Topics can include stress management, burnout, anxiety, resilience, and practical guided self help wellbeing strategies for everyday life. Available in person or online. Collabs welcome!

How do I know if CBT is right for me? +
CBT is an evidence based therapy that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical symptoms are connected. It's particularly effective for anxiety, low mood, panic, perfectionism, OCD and stress. If you're unsure whether CBT is the right approach for you, we can discuss your needs during the free consultation and work this out together.
Do you offer online or in person sessions?+
I offer both online and in person CBT sessions. At the moment, my base for in person is in Ipswich, Suffolk. You can choose an option that feels most convenient and comfortable for you.
What happens in the free 20 minute consulation?+
It is an opportunity for us to get to know eachother. We'll talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to achieve, and i'll explain how I work. It's also your chance to ask any questions and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you. There's no obligation to book further sessions.
Is everything confidential?+
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the standard ethical and legal limits we'll discuss in our first session.
How many sessions will I need?+
This varies from person to person and depends on your goals and difficulties you're experiencing. We'll regularly review your progress together and tailor therapy to your individual needs, rather than working toward a fixed amount of sessions.
